      Pros

      We have a great team, we are more like a family than work colleagues which really makes working at Mi-C3 so much more awesome. Management are really great at listening to new ideas and suggestions from the staff and applying them in our daily operations. I also enjoy the environment we work in and having the ability to learn and challenge one another, this has added so much value to my personal and professional growth.

      Not being able to meet up with our team members located at our other offices as often as we would like :)

      We are so happy that you recognise that our products are incredible and that we offer competitive salaries. That certainly hasn't changed over the years. It is a pity that you thought our management was a mess at the time you were employed. A year on, we have restructured globally and have a dynamite senior management ream that has really steered this business in a completely focused direction. We are sure that had you stayed with us, you would today find your working experience a lot less "messy". All the best to you and may you be successful in your career for years to come.
