First, I want to be absolutely clear that the Montreal office is not closing its doors - in fact, quite the opposite: we moved in September 2017 to a much larger, more modern space not far from the previous office to accommodate growth and provide a more comfortable workspace for all our employees. As a rapidly growing company, we recognize the importance of strong leadership, and that's why we've been working hard to ensure that we have the right people in leadership positions in all of our offices, both by promoting from within and hiring experienced professionals to grow the team. Honesty goes hand in hand with our core value of integrity, so we are committed to open communications at every level of the organization.
