Pros

I cant think anything about it

Cons

- The company frequently engages in the illegal practice of dispatching its Shanghai employees to Singapore, having them work full time there under the guise of business trips, showing a disregard for legal regulations. - There is no balance between work and life; the boss proclaims daily that we are a Singaporean company, an international entity, yet the entire mode of operation is still indistinguishable from a Chinese company, treating employees as if they were nothing more than laborers. -Employees are required to work overtime unnecessarily, with no one daring to leave on time. However, during these overtime hours, no real work is being done as everyone is playing games on their own. Yet, the management seems content with this superficial culture of overtime. -There's a pervasive atmosphere of mutual appeasement within the company, where the management is preoccupied with catering to the grandiose and fanciful whims of the boss, while the entry-level employees are busy responding to the management's bewildering demands, leading to poorly executed products. -The management lacks practical experience in the design of open-world games. Their expertise stems solely from an instance years ago when they copied a small foreign game that became a hit in China, a success story of attracting hundreds of millions of players that they often mention. However, when it comes to truly developing an original game from the ground up, they are largely clueless.

Pros

LOL? no for sure no doubt

Cons

The only "perk" of working here is that you don’t actually have to do anything meaningful. Just pretend to be busy to fool upper management, and watch them suck up to the boss all day. Oh, and by the way, every single person in management is just one of the boss’s "broskis" — totally unqualified, zero professional skills, and only capable of being yes-men. Especially that bald guy YB acting as GM — utterly useless and a complete disaster to every project he touches. The company operates in two offices: Shanghai and Singapore. Shanghai is the main one, while Singapore seems to exist solely for money laundering and asset relocation overseas. The Shanghai office is a massive pit — they spent 2-3 years developing a mobile game that turned out to be utter trash. The name is something like “Five-Star XXX,” but ironically, it only got one-star reviews. Hilarious. As for the Singapore office? Word is they’ve done absolutely nothing. It’s clearly just a shell for funneling money out of China. Now they’re even hiring more HR for an office that only has a handful of people? It’s laughable. Someone at Ministry of Manpower should seriously investigate this scam company. And the boss is actually trying to apply for citizenship? LMAO. China’s tax authorities might want to take a closer look at where his assets are going.
