      This is an excellent place to develop hands-on client interaction skills and tackle intellectually stimulating projects. It's also a great environment for consistent learning, resulting in consistently interesting work.

      Cons

      I meant the company culture seemed off, particularly within my team. It felt like a close-knit family operation that took a while to fully integrate into.
