Pros

Clients lovely, most carers brilliant.

Cons

Impossible rotas with insufficient travel time. Paying below minimum wage as not paid for travel time between calls. Lack of communications between company and staff. Scant regard for clients welfaremail. Regular pay errors. Insufficient training. Left 4 months ago and still no P45.

Office staff ruined my job for me

Pros

The clients and trainers are all lovely. Co-ordinators and supervisors are useless.

Cons

Office administration are selfish and don't care about the carers. Lots of carers and clients left during my time there and everyone complained about the office staff. We didn't have a branch manager for over a year. I left 2 months ago and still haven't received my p45 or training certificates - asked for references - no reply. Maybe some branches are better than others. I worked for Brighton

Cons

You had to travel to the clients homes to provide in person care and you wouldn’t get paid for the travel time in between.
