      Consulting company where you can learn a lot on how to manage clients Young environment Many extra work activities Competitive environment Product has a lot of potential

      Cons

      Management strongly opposed Smart Working Work/life balance is totally missing No training on the product No rotation on R&D positions Low possibility to protect the team against clients requests Sprints organization always totally change after half a day since opening Retrospectives initiatives are not pursued Task estimations are imposed rather than shared amongst the team Internal spreaded culture demands to work until late hours in the afternoon

      - people are nice; - there's a shared purpose: not working just for money, but to do something that really matters to us; - continuous learning mentality: mistakes are not a problem, they're part of the lessons we get every day. - smart processes and cool way of working.

      - hard selection process; - need to be very passionate about what you are doing; - youll'be checked for results.

      Management doesn’t trust their own teams and therefore there’s a lot of mistrust on the higher end of the hierarchy.
