Pros

To get experience in an entry level position. Employees do not have an opportunity to grow within the company if they do not have an influential buddy.

Cons

The clinic does not value highly intellectual people. They do not promote fairly. The management and HR do not care for the employees well being. Most of the supervisors abuse of their power and influence in order to hurt their subordinates.

Pros

Great doctors with good credentials that could be making more but stay to help the community. Some good people here and there. Work life balance is good.

Cons

Everyone is under paid but it is a community health center so it that is to be expected. Although, the administration seems to make a lot of money. Admin is disorganized and level of secrecy of what is going on in the company gives the employees a disturbing feeling like you could possibly be fired tomorrow.
