Pros

For those passionate about sports, outward perception of "working in the NFL" can be fun

Cons

-Toxic workplace environment perpetuated by management - A year after I departed, nearly entire staff (sales & customer service reps) has turned over - For perspective, over the course of the last 4 years, only 2 reps have been promoted into entry level management positions (both within Dolphins organization, none with other teams). Opportunity to "grow your career" underneath the current leadership is non-existent - There are 3 layers to their sales org: Part time, entry level sales rep; Full time account executive; Premium sales. Management spins this as promotions to the staff, but the job responsibilities don't change and the pay increase is marginal to put it nicely.

Pros

There is a Pollo Tropical across the street.

Cons

The place really sucks. You can tell from the turnover rate. Director level management has no clue what they are doing.

Pros

good hours. good benefits. co workers were very pleasant and nice. as an employee you receive free tickets to every game.

Cons

terrible management. very disorganized. Worst Training ever!!!!! co workers in the sales dept. were not happy with their jobs. working for a sports team that sucks means harder to sell. commission structure sucks. i would not recommend anyone to work here in sales.
