      Terrible culture and Weak Outdated and Burned Out Leadership

      Salary and benefits were good and the management is nice enough.

      Cons

      Dated strategies and the inability to market for yourselves and generate leads to assist your sales team. If you are starting as an account manager starting from scratch know that territories are marked accounts are locked and a holdover newspaper senior sales team will not help you get started. There is no help coming.
