      Pros

      Health insurance is ok, nothing great about it. 401k with company match to 3%.

      Cons

      New CEO, CFO and Controller are not good people. They are liars. Be careful of the controller he is the biggest fake person you will come across. Smiles to your face then stabs you in the back. Treats you like garbage when they have used you up, literally bags your things up and pushes you out the door. Refuses to let you say goodbye to your friends of 4 years. Oh and their severance package varies from person to person. You can get 24k to walk away or a two week paycheck. Just depends if you're "in" with the CEO.

      My team was micromanaged and they were so desperate for employees they accepted unqualified people as teachers who didn't enjoy their jobs
