The free clothes were great except sizing is so insane and inconsistent it’s hard to even use your full allowance and find things that fit.
Cons
This company is run by immature children who have no business running a business. Decisions are made on a whim and there is no long term business strategy or plan. Employees are let go so they can use that salary to bring in different employees. Employees are treated as disposable and almost no one works here for up to or over one year. They hire, get the work they need, and then let the person go, with no disregard for that persons life. They do not provide severance either. The founder, Alexia, is immature, unprofessional, and fatphobic. For a brand that claims to be size inclusive, you’d be shocked to hear the conversations that go on behind closed doors. She has a huge ego for someone with a blatantly failing business.
