- The design team is very competitive delivering beautiful products every season. - Great distribution nationally and internationally. - Good employee discounts. - All benefits included.

Cons

- New York office is managed poorly. - Working hours are much longer than negotiated during interviews. - No recognition of hard work and creativity. - CEO lacks management skills and the ripple effect to the rest of the staff is major leading to dissatisfaction among all employees. - Employees are rewarded based on how much the suck up to management rather than their own performance. - The work environment lacks creativity and initiatives. Employees are applauded for being reactive not proactive. - Very dull and uncompetitive work environment. Often referred to as a family, but if that's the case, it's the kind of family you want to disown. - Complete lack of respect to personal life, time, and hours.

Decent Pay and they made me enter five words or more for the "pro's" so this is now filler

Cons

No sense of job security, expect a constant revolving door of co workers, so do not get too friendly with anyone. Michael is indecisive, a painfully literal designer who challenges you to think out of the box, yet tries to stifle any creativity that is incomprehensible to him and does not know enough about his own "design advice" to realize he scarcely knows what he is talking about. The arrogance in the working environment is so palpable it can be cut by a knife, you will be taken advantage of at this company

Michael is arrogant and has awful taste. Michael speaks condescendingly about his clients and the buyers in the stores, he seems to have no respect for the people who made him wealthy. Employees are treated like dirt and there is backstabbing every day. Michael loves the backstabbers. Nobody trusts anyone. There is a revolving door of employees and it's only getting worse because business is so bad and management is stressed out and nasty every day.
