Pros
They encouraged education. They were willing to listen to you and train you on how to be a better employee. I like how honest the team I worked with was. I like how tough Mrs. Stevens was and how she wants nothing but the best for everything.
Cons
There is a lot of politics at corporate office that made some relations difficult. I'm more of a "get along with everyone" type of person and there were sides. Also if you don't have a car you can't go "marketing" which is a huge part of the job.
