      Honestly, none. I don't see any benefits of working there.

      Benefits are a joke, no PTO for a year, no sick days, no 401K, and the salary for the amount of things you need to do is "okay".

      Pros

      The owner/President is absolutely certifiable and awful. Nepotism runs throughout the organization with his son a Director with no experience who just graduated HS in 2021! He is just an awful human being who speaks terribly about everyone at the company except for those that do exactly what he says even though they know better. He goes into your computer to see what you have been doing all day. Pay is awful and the culture is toxic!
