I don't even know where to begin. I worked as the marketing coordinator and couldn't even tolerate a full year. I had to work directly with Michael Wall and it was the most abusive, toxic, frustrating experience that I've ever experienced in a "professional" setting. Everyone in the office is pretty much terrified of Mike and anyone is subject to his unpredictable temper tantrums. His volatile fits consisted of screaming obscenities to employees, undermining people's efforts and ideas, intimidation, and flat-out mental abuse. Nobody deserves the treatment that happens at MWE.
By my 8th month of working for MWE, I struggled with so much anxiety from working in the office that I started to develop physical and mental health issues. I would start physically shaking in the presence of Mike out of fear of being yelled at or witnessing him yelling at my peers. The job itself lacked direction and leadership. I essentially had no manager besides working directly with Mike himself which came with endless problems. He expects people to be mind readers in regard to certain projects/tasks and then gets mad if you have any questions. So unless you have telepathy, good luck!
If I had known how unhealthy the work environment was, I would've saved myself the time and abuse I endured.
