      Pros

      The management and team and employees are friendly and fun to work with. The benefits and pay are excellent. The company has fun company & client events throughout the year. Your hard work is noticed and appreciated.

      Cons

      The traffic to the Sorrento Valley office can be challenging at times. But that can be said for any location depending on where you are driving from.

      Glad you had such a positive work experience! Please note that our office location changed since you left. We now have offices in Banker's Hill (near downtown San Diego), as well as in Newport Beach!

      Pros

      The projects and clients we work with are awesome, the employees are friendly and get their jobs done, and the short hours on Friday are great. Management is flexible with the work hours (to a degree) and is willing to shuffle around office assignments to better suit the employees commute. Free weekly lunch in the office is a nice perk. Health insurance and other benefits are on par with the industry, pay seems better than average.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times but usually self-inflicted i.e. slacking off and not getting the work done. If you do your job the right way you will have no issues. It's usually the people who can't perform to the high standards that have been set who do not like working here I've seen.

      Pros

      Great benefits, compassionate employers, great pay, they are very supportive to help you achieve your goals and advance in your career. Everyone in the office, no matter position or title, is always friendly and willing to help you with any questions you may have regarding your work.

      Cons

      Not so much with the company but more with other employees not having the best attitude, sometimes puts a damper in the work environment.
