      Pros

      Concept is compelling, but the execution is cheap and the designs were off trend.

      Cons

      Poorly run company. Absolutely no strategy and most of the leadership has huge egos without the experience or knowledge to back it up. They don't value their employees and treat the hiring/firing process very casually. It's not uncommon for someone to work there for a few days and then be let go because they changed their mind. In the last year, they have laid off most of the staff. This company is not going in the right direction. Stay far, far away.

      A Great Product Waiting for Great Leadership

      Pros

      Great product concept with the potential to be a huge company.

      Cons

      No product, sales or marketing strategy. The leadership team talks a good talk but has neither the capability nor experience to walk the walk to the next level. If you don't worship the 3 founders, you have no future. Leadership is not honest with it's channel.

      Really screwed over their distributors that built that business

      Pros

      Great conferences for Distributors, Excitement for new products released every month, Our reps and ourselves as Distributors (Founding Leaders) were treated very well when they were using distributors to sell and promote the products. But that changed and they made everyone a sales rep which earned no money.

      Cons

      Changes in business structure. Made all Distributors (who most had over $15,000 in inventory sitting there that they could not easily sell now) sales rep status. I went from making $30k a year and owning my own business to making a piddly commission that didn't amount to anything. This was a side business and when they changed to an all sales rep format the business went under. Made me kind of happy actually.
