Pros

Good insurance and PTO policy

Cons

If you are a “yes man/woman”, this is the place for you. If you are a self starter that isn’t afraid to challenge management, stay away. The current management is more concerned with protecting their jobs than what’s best for the company. Too bad. Beware of the reviews giving 5 stars while at the same time complaining about the company. When 6 people leave one small division in the office, including a manager, within 2 months, it’s a pretty good sign of the management issues that exist.

Disorganized and Dysfunctional – Proceed with Caution

Pros

The company is growing and has potential to evolve into something stronger with the right leadership and structure in place. There are opportunities to take on a variety of responsibilities, which can be valuable for building experience. Some team members are passionate and genuinely want to make a positive impact, which offers hope for meaningful change if the culture shifts in the right direction.

Cons

Despite its growth, the company is plagued by internal dysfunction. Nepotism and favoritism often outweigh merit, and emotional, self-interested management styles create a high-drama, reactive environment. Strategic direction is unclear and constantly shifting without rationale, leading to inefficiencies, wasted resources, and frequent backtracking. Departments operate in silos, with little communication or alignment. Pay equity is lacking, with clear disparities across gender and personal connections. Raises are inconsistent, and compensation does not reflect performance or loyalty. Increasingly, the company prioritizes external hires over internal promotions, leaving long-term employees feeling overlooked and unappreciated. Leadership is undervalued, micromanagement is common, and overall morale suffers as a result. I’m sharing this to help others make an informed decision — there’s potential here, but significant cultural and structural change is needed.
