The staff is friendly and fun.
Cons
The members at the club can be condescending and just downright rude to you. 99% of the time management will side with the member and not support their staff. Management expects you to treat a part-time job like a full-time job and will try to force you into working more hours than you can and will sometimes assign you shifts without notice.
