Not the place that cares for it's employees

Pros

Large company, but split in to several dofferent divisions which have some, but not much, ability to self-govern.

Cons

Physician operated large medical practice which is ocmpletely centered around taking care of the physicians in the main division, while shunning the physician (and all employees) in the other divisions.
