      Great coworkers; a lot of smart & hardworking people. Diverse workload keeps things interesting.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement or increase in compensation, regardless of increasing workload or responsibility.

      Pros

      Great benefits, including unlimited CTO, work from home, & flexibility. The environment is positive, fun, & friendly. They welcome & respect ideas from all employees.

      Cons

      There is no formal training for new employees, which made the learning process of a new job slower than I had hoped. Management has realized this, though, & this area will be improved upon in the near future.
