they want you too work every saturday posssible. when u max out there is no more pay increases. but they will hire new employees at the rate your maxed out at. management is horrible they treat maintenance poorly. anything that happens it maintenance fault.
This is the most racist job I've ever experienced be careful working here. They lie on you for no reason, everyone at the job is a kid in an adults body.
