      Typical warehouse but hard work.

      Pros

      Lost weight due to the heavy lifting. The other warehouse guys were good people.

      Cons

      You have to be able to lift 150lbs tires repeatedly which sucks if you aren't feeling too hot. Rubber (black) stained hands and bruised forearms. Some workers had it easy while other were worked hard.

      Incredibly fun industry, people who enjoy each others company, strong prioritization on work-life balance and supporting your fellow teammates. Great benefits and the business is healthy.

      Cons

      Smaller team so growth opportunities are lower, although there is a heavy focus on promoting from within.
