This company is the leading producer of bacterial products that clean up organic pollutants and improve oil and gas production and pipeline transport. Microbac has a custom-built facility with extensive laboratory testing instrumentation, and production line built with every consideration for quality assurance and quality control in mind.
Cons
Microbac's employees are smart, creative and knowledgeable; you need to be ready for the challenge.

Pros
If you like Green Earth, then applying bacteria rather than harsh chemicals is a world of a difference and very gratifying.
Cons
The salary is towards the low end for a scientist in Austin Tx. The company survives on sales and not every one is comfortable using bacteria for bioremediation, therefore sales can lag.
