if you are the people who are trusted by their management team. You can do anything even break the rules.

Cons

The managerial team like to emotional blackmail all the administration is rubbish, they even won't provide payslips on time Low pay and long working hours and HR sometimes give you the wrong pay

Good people sprinkled out between different departments. Some are more willing to help than others

Cons

No direction, no innovation, no room for ideas, everything is dictated by overseas counterparts in Taiwan. No strategy to navigate during economic hardship, Unless you are Asian at this company, you will not feel welcomed.

High comms per laptop sold compared to other brands For full timers some have the option to run between two stores, its more tiring but you get the comms for total sales for both stores so there’s a trade-off

Cons

Bosses sometimes don’t take into account feedback from the frontline promoters
