      - Some team members were knowledgeable and supportive. - Exposure to basic operational and production systems.

      - Disorganized management: Frequent miscommunication and lack of clear leadership disrupted workflow and decision-making. - Poor shopfloor design: Functional layout is inefficient, leading to unnecessary movement, delays, and safety concerns. - Unhygienic conditions: Washrooms and pantry areas were consistently dirty, reflecting poor maintenance and neglect. - functional design overlooked: Workstations are not designed with worker comfort or health in mind, increasing fatigue and potential for injury. - Very little focus on employee feedback or continuous improvement

      Pros

      I am working in Micro Turners Group from last 2 years. I have gained lots of knowledge here. In Micro Turners work culture is very good. Career growth is also good in Micro Turners. Here everyone works like a family. The infrastructure here is also good. They are doing good work in the automobile sector.

      Cons

      They should work well for employee welfare. I am not saying that they are not working well. But they are not doing it like other companies. Because your employee will work well only if he gets good facilities.
