Pros
Nothing is Good here. Management is too rigid and thinks they are king while they cant revive a small company.
Cons
The company is dying there are hardly 10 people left. Management is having tours and and enjoying there life while enjoying with family on retreats that are happening with companies money. Firing people within months saying they dont have money but at the same time going to US and UK for trips with no real outcome.
