For Serious Experienced Professionals:
This is only a mezzanine arrangement. Staying longer can potentially hamper any future prospect of getting employed with reputed corporate/ business organisation and certainly not into any serious consulting firm
Lack of leadership quality within existing managers. They make that up with micromanagement or total delegation. Nothing much to learn either way.
There is no structured KPI format for any employee. Expectations are fuzzy and most old employees are manipulative and highly judgemental.
Poor work life balance due to mindless projects, excessive travelling in the guise of fieldwork, long layovers at airports, regular check in meetings at different locations, useless team huddles and week long half yearly meetings
Certain project locations do pose security threat. However, option to say no is non-existent
