My coworkers made my time their enjoyable. The majority of the people were a pleasure to work with. The ESOP plan was also a good incentive.

Cons

Management would try to make improvements to culture but no significant changes ever happened. There is a significant lack of trust and empowerment company wide, even up to the parent company.

Small company so accomplishments are more visible. Very knowledgeable team and everyone is easy to work with. Room to grow and work on various projects with different technical groups. Work life balance is great.
