Microcad is a fantastic place to work. The team is friendly, the managers are approachable, and the supportive culture makes you feel valued. The group benefits package is strong, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn.

It is a good place to startup a career, you get minimum benefits.
Cons
There are too many.. starting with lack of proper organization, the owner knowing next to nothing about parts of the business and refusing to accept recommendation, the environment is always dirty Paying barely above minimum wage regardless of knowledge and experience. Taking advantage of students, new immigrants and employment situation
