      Pros

      Workers are pleasant and hard working and dedicated to their jobs. 4-5, 9 schedule for most.

      Cons

      No new technologies have be developed in years and there is no formal training on anything. 10 years behind the times.

      Pros

      It's a family company, the people are easy to get along with, the work is fun and the management are easy to talk to about anything you may need to bring up to them.

      Cons

      Being a smaller company, if someone calls out when it's busy you've got to work harder to make sure that everything gets done on time, but once you're trained the work is enjoyable enough that it doesn't feel like that much.
