Pros
Microquest is an amazing company that takes care of their employees. Most have been there a really long time, so they're doing something right. Lots of company events (all paid for, including booze), no problems getting time off if needed, and management really does seem to care. People get along well and it's not a chore to go to work. It's a software development company so you kind of have to be nerdy to enjoy it.
Cons
Nothing really, some more vacation time could be nice but the extra week between Christmas and New Years helps.
