Pros

Some nice but scared employees ....

Cons

Huge disconnect between Product and General manager It's obvious that managers Product manger has no people experience. 2-3 years of layoffs using company restructuring excuse. Reviews are never given.. No clear direction from management. Over compensated managers with non deliverables.

Pros

The leader at the Hatfield site treats managers with no trust, respect or professionalism. He has frequent tantrums; thumping desks, screaming at employees and slamming doors. Turn-over of employees is very high and alarmingly high rates for for middle managers. Motivation method is fear!

Cons

Company does not value it's employees. Employees do not respect the management.

Pros

Good coworkers, everyone is very positive and kind. The work is interesting

Cons

Bad health insurance, bad PTO, no sick time, mandatory clocking in and out of work as an exempt employee, corporate likes to mandate a vacation day be used on December 26th. No real upward mobility and they will pay you as little as they can. Good place to stay if you don’t need benefits and want to end your career in the position you’re hired for. Corporate is horrible and they don’t care about the employees.
