Pros

Everyone is friendly and there for support. The job role is diverse and challenging sometimes, which is what you would want. I've learnt a huge amount, and developed my professional work ethic. I actually look forward to coming into work on a Monday, to grab a coffee from the coffee machine, catch up with people who are kind and funny, and see what leads my hard work has opened up. If you put the hard work in, and go that extra mile, it's noticed and awarded.

Cons

Work is work and sometimes you'd rather be somewhere else, but you've got holiday and days off for this.

Pros

Friendly colleagues and great working atmosphere. Open plan office with on-site parking included. The company is an outsourced help desk provider that allows you to soak in knowledge. Great start to a career progression in IT and customer service.

Cons

24/7 operation. Day and night shifts required.
