If you're looking to build patience and tolerance, this place will test both. The boss has a clear vision and deep knowledge, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end — none of it reflects in the actual work environment due to toxic politics, favoritism, and poor team dynamics.

Cons

Worked at a real Great Place to Work before — this was the opposite. Vision means nothing when buried under favoritism, office politics, and a clique-run system. Zero collaboration, trust, or recognition. Just chaos. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
