Pros

Fun atmosphere when working onsite Fellow Sales Coordinators are warm and friendly.

Cons

Management is condescending and unkind. It causes stress and an uncomfortable office atmosphere. Communication between departments, within the sales department and between management levels is non-existent. Very low pay and commission is almost non-existent. No opportunities for advancement. No quarterly reviews or raises. The only goal is to make 110 calls per day, management does not care about sales numbers or hard work beyond the number of calls made.

Pros

Working with other Sales Reps/Event Coordinators was always fun - If you're interested in event planning/sales, this is definitely just a starter job

Cons

No real sales goals other than making 110 calls per day. If you work with an account one day, the next day someone else can be working with it. No account stability making it difficult to build/maintain relationships. Communication is almost non-existent between manager and reps, unless it's condescending remarks. Horrible pay and bad benefits, very little PTO, no reviews, no raises, and minimal commission. There's absolutely no room for advancement and management does not care about your professional growth.
