      you work with in a prison , always remember where you are. somedays are very fast paced. everyday is different

      I will NEVER return to private practice dentistry

      Flexibility more PTO than private practice no insurance to deal with slower pace work/life balance underserved population is very appreciative small clinics mean less drama with staff

      Cons

      payrate is less than private practice Some days can be slow due to prison activities/restrictions limitations on what can be brought into institution
