      Thank you so much for allowing me to work in an environment where everyone encourages one another while still keeping a competitive spirit.

      Cons

      I was scared that I was not going to adapt well to the environment, but everyone made sure I felt at home.

      The mangement is extremely hands on with all employees. The the company values clear and honest communication; but they are light hearted as long as you're willing to grow from your mistakes and are willing to ask questions.

      Cons

      Positive/Negative-They rarely mince words, although polite they do not aim to protect your feelings but to correct your actions.

      Pros

      I personally love the team environment here - my last job you were pretty much on your own and here the team is great. Always willing to help and show you the way!

      Cons

      A lot of meetings and calls which can be annoying but it's just part of the job -- the clients like to be really involved in everything
