      Pros

      There seems to be stability because most employees have been working about 20 years.

      Cons

      The pay is really low. Some Co workers are pretty creepy looking. It is really a dull environment with little or no room for flexibility in work hours

      Pros

      Great co-workers, the grunt level workers are great. but management demands loyalty and work as they demand! If you say or even suggest something other than what they want to hear. Your flagged as a troublemaker.

      Cons

      Management are liars and can't see how the company stays in business except by cheating their customers. Management yearly performance review of employees are heavily based on if they like you of not, not fare or even goes against their own policies. They will also screw over employees to make sure the upper management gets their bonuses.

      This company emphasizes work/ life balance. The work environment is very good. Management communicates with employees regularly and work hard to address employee concerns.

      The company struggles to be competitive with other companies for talent because of corporate constraints on salaries. Most employees stay for many years because of the positive work environment.
