      Pros

      Beautiful campus, one to one technology policy, great retirement matching benefits, great healthcare if you are single or have no dependents, one of the better private schools in Hawaii

      Cons

      Top heavy with males, little room for growth, impossible to negotiate salary or receive merit based raises, teacher tuition benefit doesn't apply to pre school students and doesn't apply to all teacher children especially in elem. school, does not require teachers to be as progressive as the school mission

      Pros

      Faculty and admin are genuinely focused on the well being of children. Since new administration has taken over, teachers have more voice in school decisions and there is a focus on unifying K-12 policies and curriculum. Principals are great. Campus is amazing, although some buildings need to be updated. Professional development opportunities are always present and encouraged. Principals respect different ways of teaching while trying to adhere to the school's mission.

      Cons

      PD can sometimes feel top heavy, although new initiatives are improving this. Lack of diversity in highest positions.
