      Seniors Leaders Can't Keep it in their pants

      Pros

      If you like working for a company that when one of the Senior VP's come to your hotel all they do is chase your pretty sales people around the building then this is a great company to work for.

      Cons

      You'd think after all of these years that someone would have spoken to the Senior Leadership about the culture of visiting hotels and chasing the pretty girls around the building. There's no value in that but these guys that "own the company" as a "principle" are virtually impeachable. It's very unprofessional and disgusting.

      They are so chaotic that you will not be noticed

      They are terrible towards their employees. They treat workers like third world country labor

      Money is only thing on their mind

      Pros

      I enjoyed my immediate bosses who always recognized my work ethic and how I was successful.

      Cons

      I made it clear that I didn't want to stay in the specific field I started in, but was still interested in working for the company when they pushed me out of my position and essentially my job. I was always praised by my immediate boss for my performance but when it came to me not wanting to stay in the same field, I got the boot.
