      Pros

      Great hours. Monday - Thursday 6am-4pm. Family oriented. Able to take off for doctor appointments and make up hours.

      Unfair pay Takes advantage of hard working individuals When opportunity for advancement arises they don't want to compensate your pay accordingly. When employee questions their pay or when it's time for a review, management always comes up with an excuse to why they won't give you a raise no matter how hard you work and prove yourself. Every person is not treated equally

      everything else: poor pay, no training, frustrating to see poor workmanship getting shipped anyway, assemblers are no longer IPC certified, lost NADCAP cert for poor product, and so on...
