Clients. Some employees. Vacation time.

Cons

The organization capitalizes on it being in a small town and takes advantage of that by paying enough to keep you, but not enough to be competitive. They will push you to perform far beyond normal capabilities. You will not work a 40 hour week here. Expect unpaid overtime (salary) and a lack of appreciation.

Working with kids with mental health disorders, attending outings and seeing kids change for the better.

Cons

In my opinion the clubhouse was chaotic because of management. The pay is low and everything was disorganized. A lot of last minute things were going on.
