Pros
I truly enjoy the students and can say with confidence that the educational programming is unique and tailored to meet the needs of the specific population we serve. I feel fortunate to have found a school and community like Middlebridge. As a relatively newer school, it's exciting to be a part of something that is still growing, yet has become a staple in the LD education world in such a short amount of time.
Cons
I truly can't think of anything I would consider a con, this is without a doubt my favorite place I have ever worked.

This institution values the child first and foremost. Employees are supported, professional development is encouraged, and students are given the support they need to succeed. It is truly incredible to watch the students grow and mature here.
Cons
Honestly can't think of major cons off the top of my head. I'm grateful to be able to work here.
