      Pros

      Working at MIddleton Murray has given me new skills and opportunities having been promoted into a job role that suits the organisation and myself. MM recognises the skills and talent they have with each of their employees and steers them into a best fit scenario, helping all staff improve and progress. There have been some challenges, however there is a good team atmosphere and always support across the organisation.

      Great teams - passionate about what they do and strive to provide an excellent service New Structure to make sure there is the right people focusing on the right things to support staff, leaners and employers Positive outlook and keen to listen and improve services and develop staff

      None - as they are striving to improve there has been some legacy of turn over of staff but they are focusing on how to improve and make MM a great place to work
