Pros
Mide is an incredible company to work for. The projects that Mide works on are all very different and challenging so the engineers get a very multidisciplinary engineering experience. The culture is the perfect mixture of laid back and intense so everyone wants to work hard all day but stay after to catch up and hear about their coworkers families and outside lives.
