      Colleagues are great; they keep this place sane.

      Cons

      Zero appreciation of time required to complete tasks. Lots of covering absent lecturers. There's a weird welcoming committee that stands and watches students and staff entering college every morning. Don't even try to organise an external visit, the H&S department make it impossible and is intensely bureaucratic.

It is simply unbelievable that lecturers can get away with such horrific abuse of disabled people and keep their jobs, in one case, was promoted! Named are the culprits in the judgement.
