A reputable company that can be good on the resume if the intention is to work in the Middle East Responsibilities increased rapidly if the employee can handle it Works include engineering scopes from A to Z Projects within Doha and therefore minimal travel distance between project and home Company provides car, accommodation, and all administrative services.
Cons
Terrible social life after work because Doha is small with a men to women ratio of 7:1 Managers can be very tough Promotions are heavily linked to departmental politics and 'favorables' Annual Bonus has nothing to do with performance and is the same for everyone.
