      Super flexible, Top Notch people, transparency.

      Cons

      Some startup typical problems about sudden popup POCs or such, with need to rush, but it is compensated, flexible and understood so in case of such rare event, you can go lateron the next day

      Diversity work environment and you learn something new everyday Overall I enjoy working for the company. I see a great and respectful atmosphere in Mido. With really talented people wanting to improve and achieve the objectives.

      Competitive salaries. Good work-life balance. Office snacks and beverages. Good engineers to learn from. Challenging work. Nice colleagues and ambient. Possibility to occasionally work from home. Agile, well-organised and well dimensioned work. Health insurance.

      The bathroom! Too small and in the middle of the office.
