Pros

Working at Midsummer Agency is great. There's always something new to learn and colleagues ready to help; at the same time, everyone is equally important, making easier to feel safe when sharing ideas. I definitely recommend working here.

Cons

Sometimes working full remotely is not easy, but there are many activities that help to reduce the side-effect of being a full-remote agency (e.g., coworking spaces, or dedicated events to meet).
